Hong Kong Hotels Discount does not require a credit card or personal details to make a reservation inquiry. If rooms are available under a preferred itinerary, we will send a confirmation and price for your hotel stay. Only after you receive our confirmation should you confirm the acceptance by sending your credit card details using our own secure server.

Hotel Reservation inquiries are made using our e-mail booking. Request service will be confirmed or denied by e-mail at the address you provided in the request form. There will be no charge to your credit card until you wish to confirm your booking.

 Pricing Policy

The price we display for hotel rooms advertised on Hong Kong Hotels Discount will vary from time to time. The price we quote for your chosen hotel will be correct at publication.

Under the above provisions, there will be times when the price we quote will differ from price you paid - be it higher or lower.

These variations reflect changing market conditions and hotel room availability. We are unable to accept any responsibly whatever for claims made against any financial loss attributed to the adjustments in price as displayed on our web site.

The secure booking and credit card information input form uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL) technology to ensure that your personal information is encrypted and remains secure and private when being transmitted.

The technology converts to code the information you transmit. This information travels through a secured channel on the Internet. Your personal details and credit card information is not decipherable and travels directly to our secure server located in the United States.

 Payment

Most cases the full payment must be made before check-in date at least 7 days. In some periods of year, during the period of beginning of December to the end of January, Sonkran Days and Chinese New Year Days, the customers should make the full payment after receiving the room confirmation.

 Cancellation

Normal Period (May-Oct.)

  1. If we receive your notification of cancellation more than 7 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) prior to check-in date, there will be no cancellation charge except for a bank credit card processing fee of 10% of the total amount PLUS administration fee USD10.
  2. If notification of cancellation is received less than 7 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) prior to check-in date, a bank credit card processing fee of 10% of the total amount PLUS one night room charge will be levied and PLUS administration fee USD10.
  3. No Show will be charged 100% of the total amount - No Refund

Peak Period (Nov.-Apr.)

  1. If we receive your notification of cancellation more than 15 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) prior to check-in date, there will be no cancellation charge except for a bank credit card processing fee of 10% of the total amount PLUS administration fee USD10.
  2. If notification of cancellation is received less than 15 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) prior to check-in date, a bank credit card processing fee of 10% of the total amount PLUS one night room charge will be levied and PLUS administration fee USD10.
  3. No Show will be charged 100% of the total amount - No Refund

Peakest Period (during the period of beginning of December to the end of January, Sonkran Days and Chinese New Year Days)

  1. If we receive your notification of room cancellation during check-in date within the peakest period, there will be a charge for a hotel cancellation fee of peakest period of 100% of the total amount.
  2. No Show will be charged 100% of the total amount - No Refund

Package Tour and Group (Room Reservation of 10 rooms and above) Cancellation

  1. If we receive your notification of cancellation more than 30 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) prior to check-in date, there will be a charge for a hotel cancellation fee of 25% of the total amount PLUS administration fee USD10.
  2. If notification of cancellation is received less than 30 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) prior to check-in date, there will be a charge for a hotel cancellation fee of 30% of the total amount PLUS administration fee USD10.
  3. In case of notification of cancellation least than 15 working days, 50% of the total amount will be charged automatically.
  4. More, in case of notification of cancellation least than 7 working days, 100% of the total amount will be charged automatically.
  5. No Show and room cancellation during check-in date within the peakest period will be charged 100% of the total amount - No Refund.

If you do not wish to keep the reservation, please cancel the booking by replying with CANCEL in the subject line.

Reduction of stay:


If the reduction in stay involves refunding a portion of the booking value, we will deduct our standard processing for a bank credit card processing fee of 10%.- from the total amount being refunded.

Should you not contact our customer support services to shortening the length of stay - you will be obliged to pay for the full duration of your accommodation as detailed in the original booking.

Extension of stay:

After your arrival, if you plan on extend your stay, you will need to contact our customer support services by Telephone In case you contact the hotel directly, they will not be able offer you the competitive room rates you enjoy with Hong Kong Hotels Discount when we receive your advise we will arrange for the extension, subject to the availability of the room and charge your credit card with the booking based on the room rates prevailing at the time.
